Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Use of Service

iBoard is a digital signage platform for displaying photos, devotional content, and other media on TV screens for personal, home, church, and office use. You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to iBoard
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and display any content you upload
• We do not claim ownership over your photos, videos, or other content

Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar integration is optional and used solely for importing your calendar events to display on your iBoard dashboard. We access your calendar in read-only mode and do not modify or delete any calendar content. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time through the app or through your Google Account permissions.

Google Drive Integration

Google Drive integration is optional and used solely for importing photos to your display board. We access only the files you explicitly select in read-only mode and do not modify or delete any Drive content. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time through the app or through your Google Account permissions.

Google API Services

iBoard's use of Google API services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For full details on how we handle Google data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use iBoard to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Service Availability

We strive to keep iBoard available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

iBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@iboard.live.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of iBoard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
